Product Description
ALPHA TrueHeight Spacer is a non-collapse copper disc with nickel and gold surface finishes designed to provide a precise, repeatable standoff height for electronic components during reflow soldering. The solderable spacer can be automatically placed using standard pick-and-place equipment onto PCB pads printed with solder paste, supporting integration into standard SMT assembly processes. Available dimensional tolerances are as low as +/- 0.010 mm depending on spacer size. Its fixed-height function can support applications where component warpage, tilt, solder bond-line control, or component-to-PCB clearance are important.
